Primitive Gingerbread Elf Boot

This prim stocking has been made from muslin fabric that has been painted red. The tops of the stockings are trimmed in aged curly fleece. Prim greens, berries, moss and the gingerbread fellow have been tucked inside the stocking. Rusty jingle bells go down the front of the stocking. The boot and bells have been sprinkled with Mica. Primitive Snowman Head Make Do

He has been made from muslin fabric and measures 16" tall and 8" wide … I have stuffed him very firm...I then painted, sanded and stained his head… His nose has been sculpted and then stitched in place….I have hand painted his eyes and of course gave him his eyelid to give him that wonderful 3D look. I then painted on his lumps of coal for his mouth… On to his hat… His hat has been made from osnaburg fabric that has been painted black then sanded and stained… I have hand sewn his hat in place….I have added a candle stick to the bottom of my Primitive Snowman head… The candle stick has been antiqued for that primitive look. There was a small amount of glue used for extra support in holding the candle stick in place. I then hand stitched muslin to the base of the snowman head and then wrapped it around the candle stick and stitched it in place... He will not be coming off this candle stick. I finished him off with a ruffle around the base of his head adorned with a large rusty bell I then added a prim little crow to the top of this hat and some Christmas greens to decorate his hat.Thank you to back porch pickins for letting me tweek one of your patterns...

Primitive Black Sprng Folkart Rabbit

This Large Rabbit will come signed and dated by me. She measures 27" and 34" if you count her ears. She has been made out of muslin that has been stained and painted.. and partially rag-stuffed for a heavy feel.Her nose is sculpted and her mouth and eyes are stitched. The ears have been made seperate with wire and then attached you may bend them however you like. Her long dress is made out of stained green checked homespun material. Her pinafore is stained muslin. She also has a stitched pocket on the front. I embroidered "Spring" on the front s and then added some sweet annie inside. I have hand stitched a wool bag that she caries with around her shoulder with some sweet annie, lavendar and a homemade carrot...
