Prim Rabbit Carrot Basket

This rabbit was created from a Kentucky Primitives pattern. Mrs Clover is a delightful rabbit that can hang or sit and will look great no matter where you put her.

She is muslin that has been grungied and aged. She has button eyes and a hand stitched mouth. Her ears are separate pieces. Check out her knobby knees!!

Her dress is aged cheesecloth, her apron was made from an embroidered pillow case.

She went out to look for some eggs to put in her basket (hanging from her hand) but found this huge (dried) carrot and could NOT resist picking it!!

She can hang from a peg or knob or sit on a shelf or in a basket. She is 21" tall and will arrive signed and dated.

Primitive Cat with Rusty Bells

This cat has been put thru the grunging process several times and is quite crusty...and very loveable. She has button eyes, stitched nose and rusyt wire whiskers.

She has two rusty bells around her neck..so she can't sneak up on the birds!! She is approx 8" wide and 7" tall.

Perfect size to tuck in a cubbie, sit on a dolls lap or add to a basket. Meow!!

Prim-Grungy Worn Old Seed Bags

I LOVE seed bags...and the older they look the better I like them!!The first one is grungied muslin and it has been imprinted with the saying ...1864...WILD OATS...Civil War Issue. The bag itself is 7.5 " long and 5" wide..not counting the strings and it has been sanded soft to make it look like it has been around for years.

The second one is made from blue reproduction ticking fabric. I stamped SALT on a piece of muslin and sewed it to the front of the bag. This one is 8.25" by 6" and is nice and grungy too.

I make all my seed bags with a double pull string so they hang nice and straight. Great for hanging on pegs, the spindles of chairs and on the corners of picture frames.

Prim Bird on Rusty Spring

This is a prim bird made from reproduction Civil War fabric in blue calico. She has bead eyes and a gusset bottom.

The bird sits on a nest of moss and field greens in an old rusty bed spring. I attached a thin string to her back so you could hang her from a peg if you prefer.

She is 6" long by 4" tall, 9" sitting in her nest. Great piece for displaying in a cubbie!!
