Primitive Black Cat & Fall Pumpkin

Gotta love Fall and Black Cats!! This guy was made from a Homestead Barn pattern. Holding his pumpkin his tag says IT'S ALL MINE. He is mostly rag stuffed.

Cat has been painted, baked, aged, sanded and dusted with cinnamon. He has stitched eyes and nose, painted mouth and rusty whiskers. He is holding a grungy pumpkin with real stem, natural vine and rusty wire curly q.

He is 12" tall and 7" wide. He can stand or hang. The pumpkin is only tied on so he can be a plain cat the rest of the year!!!

I just love simple things like this to fill bowls and wooden boxes so I had a friend cut me some of these.

They have been aged with paint and or stain. I sanded the edges and wound grungy string around one and vintage feedsack cloth around the other.

I pinned a tag with 1811 on it to the cloth. You will get both holders as shown. Approx 7" by 3".

Prim Stumpy Fall Pumpkin Doll & Corn Cob

This stumpy pumpkin doll will steal your heart. She has a rusty bell wired around her stem holding on some straw hair. Her face is stitched.

She wears a strip of grungy cheesecloth around her neck and her skirt is stitched on and tied with hemp cord. A real dried corn cob is wired to her waist.

She is 13" tall and 6" wide. She did start out a kentucky primitives pattern but somehow took on a life of her own. She can also hang.

Mrs Pumpkin Harvest Cupboard Doll

This Mrs Pumpkin is so ugly but she IS growing on me and will make quite a statement whereever you put her. She is rag stuffed, nice and hefty.

She has button eyes, sculpted nose and mouth, stick arms and legs. Sitting around her stem are some mini pumpkins and moss.

Grungy cheesesloth is wrapped around her and tied with string.

A sprig of sweet annie is tied to her side and a Harvest Thyme 1842 tag is tucked under the string. She can stand or hang. 12" by 6".

Primitive Lg Blue Ticking Seed-Feed Bag

This seed bag is made from a piece of genuine vintage mattress fabric.

It is quite large at 8" wide by 9" long so I called it a FEED bag. Great for hanging on a peg and filling with some fresh cut wild flowers or sweeet annie.

Muslin patch sewn to the front of the bag says FEED 1811 Seed Co. USA.

Primitive Bags of Flax Bowl Fillers

These are great little bowl fillers or perfect for sitting on a doll's lap. They are 3" wide by 3-4" tall.

Extreme Prim Angel Door Doll

This sleepy angel is a Hattie Potters original creation and she is quite prim. She is approx 12" wide by 9" tall not counting her wings.

She has stitched eyes, sculpted nose and a piece of a rolled muslin for her mouth, along with sheep's wool hair. Aged muslin is tied around her bosom, she wears a rusty square nail for a necklace and her wings are pieces from a broom.

She is unique and OOAK.
