This New England Colonial Recipe Cupboard Board is an Original Linda Pinda Prims Design. This wonderful prim kitchen accent is a hardy wooden piece with a prim texture which is our own "Tellnard Mountain" recipe. The Johnny Cakes recipe is an authentic 16th century recipe which is printed on parchment and distressed.

This piece measures approximately 7x9x1". There is a prim hanger attached to the back if you wish to hang it on a wall, but my favorite way to display these wonderful recipes is tucked in a favorite cuboard nook with some candles, herbs, and other seasonal tidbits.

Johnny Cakes were a mainstay in many early homes and this prim piece serves as a wonderful memory of a simpler time as well as a tribute to all of the women who made do with the supplies on hand to create a warm and happy home for their families. Primitive Stitchery

This primitive stitchery is done on heavily grunged muslin in very "old" muted tones of harvest gold, pine green, cranberry, and black. I designed the simple heart and star border and the words are taken from my favorite source... scripture. This is Psalm 136,1... "Give Thanks to the Lord for He is good. His love is everlasting".

The stitchery is 8x10 and is enveloped in a solid wood frame which has been hand painted black, sanded, and stained. The back is finished and signed. The pictures were taken without the glass but there will be a glass in the frame. The 8x10 framed stitchery is the available item. Antique Tin Cup Pin Keep

I just LOVE this sweet pin keep!!! It's one of those that I don't want to part with, you know?The base for this pinkeep is a precious tin measuring cup I found in an antique shop in the heart of Southern New England. I chose my favorite heavy duty cotton fabric with gorgeous black scrollwork. It has been heavily stained with my cinnamon/vanilla grunge. Beneath the "poof" is a sweet hand crocheted doily which I found some time back and have been holding on to for a special project. It too, has been stained (of course... hee hee)The measurements of the pin keep are basically 5"x5"x5".It is loaded with some vintage and antique treasures. There's a wonderful remnant of mocha colored thread from an antique travel sewing kit, held on by a rusty T-pin. There are four various vintage buttons held on by glass head pins. And there's a repro. rusty skeleton key held on with a rusty safety pin.The handle on the antique measuring cup makes this pinkeep ideal to carry about and plop down beside you wherever you are working.I hope whoever purchases this lil' gem receives many years of faithful service and enjoys it as much as I do. It's one I think any daughter would love to have and remember mama's many needles and buttons adorning it throughout the years.

Raggedy Halloween Ballerina

This sweet and super prim raggedy was designed by lil' old me, Linda Pinda. She is a one piece form created from muslin. When I looked at her, I just saw "Ballerina" as she is naturally standing in that "First Position" so prim perfectly. But I had wanted to make a Halloween Raggedy, so I figured, 'what the heck'! Thus was born... "Halloweena" :)

Halloweena stands 15" from the top of her little ballet bun, to the tippety tip of her pointe shoes. Her face is completely hand stitched. Her leotard and tights are all hand painted, the leotard in black with orange folk art polka dots, and the tights in orange with black stripes. She has been gently sanded and generously grunged with our own "Tellnard Mountain Muck" secret recipe! Halloweena's tutu is a heavily grunged hand-torn orange base with a double black tulle overlay. Her narly pointe shoes are also hand painted and completed with black floss ties. She is also adorned with a rusty bell neck choker and a black tulle hair accent. She has a floss hanger on the back for hanging on a wall or ladder and/or she can just lean in your favorite cubby or nook. The Prim Raggedy is the available item. God Is Love Angel Ornie

This "God is Love" Angel Ornie is a Linda*Pinda*Prims original design. She is made of muslin and has been heavily grunged with a wonderful cinnamon vanilla "Tellnard Mountain Muck".I have hand stitched "God is Love" (~1John,4,16) on her bodice and accented her with dangling rusty bells.Her rusty wire halo is also accented with a rusty bell.Her neck is adorned with grunged vintage cotton lace and a vintage black button.I have hand stitched her mouth and nose. Her brows and hair are all needle felted, and her eyes are pencil drawn and sealed.Her wings are grunged cheesecloth with just the right touch of "heavenly" mica flakes ;)She can hang from the rusty wire loop on her back or she can just cozy up in any nook leaning comfortably.Her measurements are 9" tall from the bell on her halo to the dangling bells and 10" across from wing tip to wing tip.
