Christmas Posies Raggedy Ann

20" Primitive Raggedy Annie handmade with oodles of stitches. Her body is made from antiqued osnaburg fabric. Her face is all embroidered. Hair is dark red wool in two sweet little pigtails. Her dress is made from barn red and cream homespun that has been grubbied. Her dress is topped with vintage mother of pearl buttons. I have added a pocket embroidered with Posies inside are 2 sweet wool felt penny rug posies topped with vintage buttons. Her bloomers are grubbied muslin with red stitching. Her sweet little skinny legs are handpainted with mary jane shoes topped with vintage tiny black buttons.I have added a sweet little tag that says,"Ring-a-round a Rosie, A pocket full of Posies, Ashes, Ashes, We all fall down..." Happy New Year 2009..Primitive Bird Make Do is made from reproduction quilt fabric. It is firmly attached to a vintage wooden bobbin. His wings are feather stitched on. His eyes are made from black glass beads. He is holding a sweet little handmade strawberry from reproduction fabric, and green wool felt leaves.Topped with 3 mother of pearl little buttons. 22"Primitive Eboneezer Snowman is firmly attached to a vintage bobbin.He is made from very grubbied osnaburg fabric. His face is embroidered and I have added a stick for his nose. His sweet night shirt is made from red flannel ticking. I have topped with 3 little black buttons and top stitched all around the seams. He is holding his sweet little teddy. Teddy has a homespun scarf and a vintage little candy cane. I have added a little bird to the back of Eboneezer's stub neck in the back. He will ship for free in the United States. Primitive bird is stitched using beautiful black quilt fabrics. His eyes are made from rusty bells. He holds a small tuck of sweet annie and rose hips. I have stitched his wings with feather stitching and have cross stiched his gusset and the top of his little head. Perfect little guy to hang from a favorite peg. Ships free to the United States. Primitive Rag Stuffed Prairie Doll

19" Primitive Rag Stuffed Prairie Doll. This by far is one of my favorite dolls I have made this year. She is stuffed with rags, very firmly! Her body is made with osnaburg that has been painted sanded and antiqued. She wears a simple homespun dress topped with a antiqued muslin apron. Her bonnet is also muslin, much darker in person, my photos are showing her much lighter than she is! A lovely pattern by Simple Thyme Primitives. Shipping is included in price for the United States.
