Santa Clam

Back again this year for the upcoming holiday season, is Santa Clam.Santa Clam is an original, copyrighted design by Olde Crow Seed Company.He's made from osnaburg which has been stained, sanded and dusted with cinnamon. His eyes are sewn on beads and his mouth is handstitched/sculpted. He's wearing a Santa hat which has been sewn onto his "head" and heavily dusted with cinnamon as well. I attached a rusty jingle bell with a rusty safety pin to the end of his hat.His shell is made from osnaburg (inside) and red/cream ticking (outside) which have been stained and dusted with cinnamon.

I attached a grungy tag to his shell which says "Santa Clam". He measures approx. 7" wide (including shell) and will arrive to your holiday home, signed and dated.

Primitive Santa Pelican Doll/Make Do

Here's my latest holiday critter....a Primitive Santa Pelican Doll/Make Do. He is an original, copyrighted design by Olde Crow Seed Co.He's made from stained osnaburg and has been sanded and dusted with cinnamon. He's heavily stained and very grungy! :o) His face/beak is handpainted and handstitched/sculplted. His wings are also handstitched/sculpted. I attached a grungy homespun Santa's hat to his head and attached a large rusty jingle bell to the tip of the hat.I stuck this festive critter on an old vintage wooden spool. He's "carrying" a vintage Christmas ornament which is silver with red on one side and green on the other. This ornament is not permanentally attached and can be removed/replaced as needed. He has a grungy tag attached to some fish netting which is tied around the spool which says "Pelican Ho Ho Ho".He measures approx. 13" length, from the top of his head to the bottom of the make do base.

Primitive Santa Frog Doll

Here is one silly Christmas amphibian..... a primitive Santa Frog Doll.He is an original copyrighted design by Olde Crow Seed Company.He's made from stained osnaburg and has been painted a dark, grungy green then was sanded, stained, and dusted with cinnamon. He's very grungy! :o) His froggy mouth is handstitched/sculplted. He has one sewn on vintage button eye and the other eye is a sewn X. His awesome grungy frog tongue is sewn onto his lips and is made from stained red felt.His arms and legs are made from cinnamon sticks. He's wearing a red/green homespun Santa hat with fuzzy felt trim and a large rusty jingle bell pinned to the end. The hat is sewn onto his head and is also stained and very grungy. This Santa froggy is wearing a collar made of twine with a small rusty jingle bell attached.He has a grungy tag which is hanging from his arm, which says "Santa Frog".He measures approx. 9" length, from the top of his folded over hat to the bottom of his legs x 9" wide - he's got one big mouth! :O)

ExTREmE Primitive Black Cat Doll

This grungy guy is approx. 10“ Tall (not including tail) cat made from stained muslin. This is an original Olde Crow Seed Company design. He is painted then heavily stained, sanded, stained again...and dusted with cinnamon ~ he’s a very grungy and extreme prim! I’ve attached a thread hanger to his back so he’ll fit in just nicely on your prim wall. :o) He has a hand stitched nose and a handpainted mouth. I gave him one vintage button eye and the other is just a sewed X. His arms and legs are sticks and his tail is a stained grungy piece of twine which I safety pinned to his fanny. :o) I attached a grubby tag to a rusty wire collar, along with a rusty jingle bell, which says, Kitty. This fabulous feline will arrive signed and dated.

PRiMiTive Dodo Bird Make Do

Well, you thought this guy was extinct? Not so at the Seed Company!!This elusive critter is made from osnaburg and has been heavily stained, sanded, and dusted with cinnamon. He's an original copyrighted design by Olde Crow Seed Company. His eyes are handpainted and his beak is handpainted and handstitched/sculpted. His wings and tail are made from stained grungy felt and are attached to his body with rusty safety pins.I stuck this fellow on a potato masher (which can vary slightly with each dodo made)and attached a grungy tag to him which says "Prim Dodo". This loveable critter measures approx. 17" tall (including makedo base). He will arrive signed and dated.

PRiMiTiVE Jellyfish Doll Makedo

This is an approx. 10" Tall (measuring from thetop of the jellyfish to the bottom of the base)***measurements vary with each jellyfish made as each make do base is slightly different in shape and height***. This is a copyrighted, original Olde Crow Seed Company design. He is made from heavily stained muslin, then sanded, stained again...and dusted with cinnamon.His eyes are hand sewn on vintage buttons. He has lots of grungy stained fabric tentacles. The fabrics for the tentacles are made out of muslin and small navy star patterned fabric. I attached a grungy tag, with a rusty safety pin, to him which says "Prim Jelly". I also attached two rusty jingle bells to his tentacles with rusty safety pins. He will arrive signed and dated.
