~*Heart Treasure Box*~

This unique box has been adorned with homespun fabric and displays a OOAK needle punch in the tiny frame atop the lid. The box measures about 2 by 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 inches. It is a sturdy wooden box ~ ideal for giving a gift to your sweet Valentine!

The needle punch is about 1 1/2 inches square. It is securely affixed 'inside' the top of the box lid... and is covered with glass. The image is an original ~ depicting a heart & olde key. I've done the punching with cotton flosses & have aged it with my walnut mix.

The outer sides of the box have been decorated with a brown homespun. There are wool trims inside the box and on the base. It is truly a one~of~a~kind creation.

~*A Flower For My Sweet*~ Pinkeep

I've needle punched a sweet bunny gifting a flower to his sweet. :) I then stitched up a sweet lil' pinkeep pillow. The pillow is about 5 by 5 1/2 inches. The pillow was sewn from wool & filled lightly with crushed walnut shells.

The needle punch is an original. I used cotton floss of drab, dull colors & then stained the finished piece with my walnut mix. There are many finishing trims to complete the piece... done with my favorite linen thread and handspun wool.

My initials have been stitched on the backside for authenticity.

~*Olde Rug*~ Pinkeep

I punched this piece wanting it to resemble an antique hooked rug... and am very pleased with the finish. The image is of two potted blooms with more in each corner. The colors are all drab & dark... browns, golds, burgundy, and a few 'hints' of blue & pink.

The punches were done with cotton floss on quality weaver's cloth. The design was worked directly on the weaver's cloth & is an original. I finished the mini rug off and affixed it to a little woolen pillow. The pillow has been filled with crushed walnuts shells. There are also many trims of linen & wool yarn to complete the finish. This pillow is about 5 1/2 by 4 inches.

My initials have been stitched on the backside for authenticity.
