~Early Style Horse Penny Rug~

Inspired by olde~antique penny rugs this lil' horse penny rug is just perfect to add a primitive touch to your home.

Completely hand stitched by me using perle cotton and hand~dyed crochet cotton. I blanket~stitched and feather~stiched on this piece. It is made of 100% wool. On the back I stitched my initials and date for authenticity.

~Bird~ Cupboard Hanger

A wonderful lil' bird perched on a basket of bluebells. Needle punched using hand~dyed cotton floss, I used a pattern by Debbie St. Germain.

I placed the needle punch on a lil' pillow I fashioned from wool and around the edge added a bumpy yarn. I attached a wool hanger using safety pins. Inside the lil' pillow I added some great smelling spices.

Snowman Stocking

A wintery snowman holding a heart all hand embroidered. I used a pattern by Bareroots. Stitched upon hand~dyed linen and then fashioned into a stocking with a wool cuff and toe.
