Wishing for Snow

This little guy is wishing for snow! He is gazing up at the evening sky just to catch a glimpse at the first flake to fall!He is made from a cotton batting material that has been "aged". He has a little painted muslin crow that has been wired onto his stick arm. He has a red and white ticking fabric hat, a little painted muslin carrot nose and stiched eyes and mouth. He also has rusty jingle bells and a little round tag that says "snow". He is approx 13" tall from top of his head to the very bottom of his body (including his arms he is 17"). He is full of so much character I know that you will love him! He was created from a Kentucky Primitives pattern.

Mr. Frosty

Pictures just don't do this little guy justice at all. Mr. Frosty was so much fun making! He is made of painted muslin mounted on an old candlestick. He is holding an old time banner that says "Frosty".

Mr. Frosty has been painted and then "aged" with my own special recipe. His "coal" mouth and buttons have been painted on as well. He is decorated with vintage tinsel from the 60's and rusted wire, jingle bells, and a safety pin. He is also wearing a little grubby hang tag that says "snow". His nose even has little carrot indentations to add extra character.

Mr. Frosty is approx. 25" tall from tip to bottom. He is extremely well built and stable. He has been secured down to the candlestick, there is a wooden dowel that runs through his body into his head. His arms are connected with wire inside so they are bendable. Whimsical Santa or Frosty

This little duo is so much fun! There is a whimsical santa that is approx 12" tall and the frosty is approx 9" tall. They are both made from painted muslin, they have hand stitched features and have been "aged" with my own special recipe. Santa has had tinsel and rusty jingle bells added for extra character. His face was also hand sculpted and buttons were added down his little painted jacket. Both of these little guys have real stick arms as well. You will get a real kick out of them! You can either set them on a shelf or hang them on the wall. They are sold separately. Please make sure you specify which one you are wanting.

Whimsy Snowman

These are one of my new favorites! They turned out so cute! They are made from painted musling and are approx 13" tall. They have little felt snowman "buttons", painted stockings that were sewn on with buttons and stick arms. Their facial features were also handstitched with felt and then these little guys were "aged". You can either set them on a shelf or hang them on the wall. They will add a special touch to your holidays this season! Please specify which one you would like when purchasing.

Garlands Galore

I have listed three of my favorite garlands. The first is a sweet potato nubs garland. These are the best little garlands! They are approximately 27" to 30" long. I made them from garnet sweet potatoes that were then rubbed down in my own special blend of spices and then dehydrated. I strung each garland on rusted wire and put some harvest home spun on each end. You will love these.

These are the most beautiful ruby colored rosehips I have ever seen! They are so fresh and vibrant, you will want several of these around the house! I strung these rosehips on rusty wire and then added some burgandy homespun on each end. Each garland is approx 29" - 33" long. You will love these!

Lastly are my rosehip garlands. These are everyone's favorite. My own special recipe of gingerbread men and women...on a rusty garland! These are highly scented and will last for many years. Everyone always comments about how delicious they smell!

I start each garland with a little gentlemen gingerbread man then alternate with the girls and boys to follow. I then add a little burgandy homespun to tie off each end. You will flip for these I gaurantee! They measure approx 38" - 42" long!

Lil' Praying Angel

This little angel is dear to my heart. She is just so sweet. She is made from painted muslin that was "aged". Her face was machine sculpted and then hand painted. She has black wool hair and beautiful angel wings. She can either sit on a shelf or hang on the wall. She measures approx 10" tall by 12" wide. You will love her! She was created from a Two Dancing Crows pattern.

Raggedy Big Sister and Little Brother

This set is so fun! They are a raggedy big sister and little brother that are just the cutest pair. They are made from muslin that was "aged" and have hand stitched facial features. Big sister has yarn hair, while little brother has embroidered floss hair. Both are bright red.

Their little outfits coordinate perfectly. Both are americana style with the little brother's pants matching the big sister's dress. They can either be paired up together or setup individually. The big sister is approx 28" tall and the little brother is approx 21" tall. You will enjoy these for years to come.

Grubby Pair of Pears

These little pears are wonderful! Each pair is unique in size and shape. They are approx 4" to 6" tall, tip to bottom. They would make wonderful shelf sitters along the mantel or in an old wooden bowl. They are not real pears and are made from my own unique blend of ingredients and spices so they smell extra yummy! You will get a pair of pears wrapped in a cello bag and tied off with raffia. I have also included a little prim hang tag that says "Pair of Pears". Enjoy!

Primitive Crow on Vintage Masher

I am so excited to offer one of my newest creations...a primitive crow on a vintage masher. Oh, I had soo much fun making him and will be sad to see him go...but happy that it will be to a home that will adore him as much as I do.

This crow was painted black then sanded down, grubbied up with my own special recipe and rubbed down with cinnamon spices. He has been mounted on a vintage masher with some grubbied homespun and cheesecloth to tie him off. There has been a grubbied, round hang tag pinned on him with a rusty safety pin (that I hand rusted) that says "Caw". I tucked in some sweet annie behind his little wing for an added special touch. He measures approximately 19".

Miss Penelope

I would like to introduce Miss Penelope. By looking at her dress, she is a definite lover of sunflowers! She has a cute, little sunflower dress on with a coordinating apron. The apron has been sewn with two matching sunflower buttons. She has homespun knickers on in mustard yellow and black (and even her hair ties match!). Sitting in her lap are two mini sunflowers that she just hand picked while out in the garden.

Miss Penelope is made from osnaburg material that was "aged" by my own special recipe. Just to make her extra prim, her clothing was grubbied up as well! Her nose was made from vintage red velvet and her eyes were hand sewn. Her mouth is embroidered as well as her ruby red lips! One of my favorites about Miss Penelope is her little, painted, red shoes to boot! She is a cutie! She measures approximately 14" from head to toe, sitting down she measures approximately 9".

Miss Penelope was inspired by a Jenn Steffa design which I have added to in so many ways to make her extra special. I took a lot of time and care with this little girl and I hope you love her much as I do!
